A bit about myself:
My name is Sarah McIntyre, I'm 24 years old and have been in scouting since 2000.
I started as an assistant beaver leader at 47th St Bartholomew's Blurton, then went on to become an assistant Cub Scout Leader at the same group in 2002. Then in 2007 I moved to 5th City Normacot Cubs.
I work full time as an Office Manager and am still studying Business. I have two young girls also which keep me quiet busy as my eldest attends our beaver section and the youngest is just turning 1 next month.
My hobbies:
I enjoy a variety of activities from orienteering to Mountain Climbing and Paragliding.
I am currently training for the 3 peaks challenge which i hope to achieve with the GSL and Scout Leader next year after my wedding.
Cubs gives me a sense of achievement and gives me the opportunity to try new adventures which ive never tried before such as camping, rock climbing, rafting etc
My interests:
I have so many interests from cooking, poetry, long walks to Hiking, Paragliding, and mountaineering.
I will try anything once and always strive to succeed further, but my favourite time is spending time with my girls and partner.
