My name is Karen Machin. I started in scouting in 1989 when I became a helper for the 47th Blurton St. Bartholomews scout group. I became a leader in that scout group within 12 months.

In 1993, I joined the 6th City Dresden Scout Group as a Cub Leader.

In 2001, I became the Cub Scout Leader at 5th City Normacot (The Duke of Sutherland's Own) scout group.

In 2003, I became the Group Scout Leader at 5th City Normacot (The Duke of Sutherland's Own) scout group.
